Insurance

If you plan on using PPO insurance for your consultation, please let us know in advance to check eligibility benefits by emailing a copy of your full name, insurance card, and date of birth to checkmyins@gmail.com.

We accept most PPO insurance and are in-network with several HMO insurance policies local to Orange County like Regal, ADOC, and Prospect.

• Cosmetic Procedures are NOT covered under most insurance plans and must be paid in full at the time of service.

If you are uninsured or with Kaiser, our consultation fee is $125. If you are coming for a consultation to see if you qualify for a specific procedure, the $125 consultation fee becomes a credit toward that procedure, with certain exclusions.
