Medical Assistant
Location: Irvine office primarily, secondarily at Santa Ana office
Job Description: Ageless Life Institute is looking for a full-time, competent team member to join our experienced family to assist with back office procedures, including blood draws, vitals/triage, electronic medical records entry, surgical tray set up, procedural assistance, and much more at our Irvine office. Candidates should be available to work Saturdays, have reliable transportation, and be available as a backup to assist at our Santa Ana office when needed. Candidate needs to have a Medical Assistant certificate of training and prior work experience. A working interview may be scheduled for potential candidates. Full training will be offered once hired. Hourly rate varies depending on experience $16 – $20/hour. Employee Benefits include Paid Holiday Time Off for full-time employees.

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Locations: San Bernardino/Inland Empire
Job Description: Our San Bernardino office is a multi-specialty center that in addition to Dermatology and Clinical Research, also offers Primary Care services under the care of our primary care medical providers. With a growing primary care patient population, we are looking for a part-time (potential for full-time in the future) mid-level provider to take excellent care of our primary care patients from the Inland Empire. Ideal candidates will have past primary care experience including management of high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, referrals to specialists, routine annual check-ups, and more. Candidates will have reliable transportation, availability during working hours of 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, and preferably fluent in Medical Spanish. Additional experience in Dermatology is a plus as the candidate would also be able to cross-cover Dr. Zahedi’s Dermatology patients as needed. Paid working interviews will be offered to qualified candidates. Full training as needed would be completed by medical staff upon hire. Compensation depends on experience $40 to $60/hour starting.

Aesthetician/Skin Care or Medical Esthetician
Locations: Santa Ana, Irvine, and San Bernardino offices.
Job Description: We are currently looking for a competent skin care specialist who is interested in collaborating within our practice. Services we currently offer include Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Extractions, LED light therapy for acne and hyperpigmentations as well as many other services that can be performed by a competent aesthetician. In addition, Dr. Zahedi would be a medical supervisor for the aesthetician, allowing you to expand your services beyond that of an unsupervised aesthetician. The financial arrangement is one of two options, neither of which involves hourly wage compensation: 1) rent a room at any of our 3 locations to operate your own skincare practice. Ideal candidates will be either a sole proprietor with current patients who have a growing practice but needs a partnership with a Dermatologist to take their practice to the next level or an aesthetician with a strong patient following currently working at a med spa with limited growth opportunities who are looking to open their own business. Working at our facilities will expose you to Dr. Zahedi’s Dermatology patients, feeding your practice with a steady supply of skin care referrals. This option may be best suited for the aesthetician with a mature practice who has financial independence and is interested in relocating their current practice into a high volume Dermatology office to inherit additional patients and have the backing of a reputable Dermatologist. The final arrangement is flexible based on the number of rental days as well as other factors.
Alternatively, 2) A partnership between the Aesthetician and Dr. Zahedi whereby cost sharing is the financial arrangement. Dr. Zahedi’s patients will be treated by the Aesthetician and the Aesthetician brings his or her patients to our practice as able exactly as described in option 1 above. The difference however is instead of a facility rental agreement, in consideration of providing a facility, supplies, staff, and other considerations, a percentage of the aesthetician’s revenue would be retained to cover clinic expenses. This may be better suited for newer Aestheticians who are not financially independent and need referrals to grow their practice.

Cosmetic Injector (Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant)
Locations: Santa Ana, Irvine, and San Bernardino offices.
Job Description: This is a 2 position opportunity. (Position1) Independent Contractor position offered to EXPERIENCED injectors who are interested in expanding their current practice to any of our Orange County or Inland Empire locations under the medical directorship of Dermatologist Dr. Marco M Zahedi. The ideal candidate will already have current patients that he or she is willing to bring with them to our practice for Botox, Fillers, Kybella, and any similar injectable or anti-aging treatments including PDO thread lift, PRP facial, PRP hair, Laser Hair Removal, IPL and other Laser devices/services that we offer. This is an entrepreneurial career move for the up-and-coming nurse/mid-level provider who is interested in moving away from an hourly wage/limited growth position at your typical Med Spa and into a full-fledged sole proprietor cosmetic practice, branded and advertised under your own identity and image, working directly with Dr. Zahedi to grow your own practice at our facilities. We offer everything you need to succeed — the facility, clinical staff, advertising, supplies, medical devices, and potential patient referrals (depending on patient preference) as well as Dr. Zahedi’s expertise to help incubate your practice at any of our current locations in Orange County and Inland Empire.
Mid-level provider candidates will also have the opportunity for (Position 2) cross coverage of Dr. Zahedi’s Dermatology practice in the event of his absence/illness/vacation, to assist in the care of his expanding Dermatology patient population and to pre-op patients prior to procedures. This position would be a paid hourly rate depending on experience and involve comprehensive training as needed. If a cosmetic injector is not interested in the role of Position 2, we are still interested in bringing you on board for Position 1.
